We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in February at a skilled nursing facility in Washington. This facility uses Rehab Optima system and has a 90% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!

• Monday - Friday, 32 hours guaranteed

• SNF experience preferred, new grads accepted
• 90% productivity standard- must be met for guaranteed hours

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
