• Established emergency medicine program of 9 physicians; team is expanding
• 1099 independent contractor position with malpractice covered
• Average 10 shifts for 12 hours or 120 hours per month
• Mix of days and nights worked out with the other EM physicians
• APPs assisting for 12-hour shifts
• Hourly rate of $275 for days, $280 for swing, and $290 for nights with a $50k sign-on for full time
• Open to EM physicians available now or 2025 EM residents
• Central Washington community located 90 minutes from Spokane and 3 hours from Seattle
