Locums - A great group is seeking a Hospice physician to assist in Albany, NY!

BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Hospice and Palliative medicine or Geriatrics fellowship is a plus but not required
Active NY license, BLS
Local providers required
Hospice home care setting
Available ASAP for ongoing need
Mon - Fri; 8a-4:30p
Call coverage; 1 week night per week from 4pm-8am and 1 in 4/5 weekends from 4p on Fri until 8a on Mon
EMR used is EPIC
Starting hourly rate $130/hr pending experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
