Job Description

We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in January at a skilled nursing facility in Washington. This facility has a 90% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!

ASAP Start Date
8am - 4:30pm, 35 hours per week guaranteed
1+ years experience with adult population required
90% productivity expectation

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment.
