Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Locums Hospitalist Medicine Physician to provide exceptional inpatient care at our facility in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to work with a supportive healthcare team in a beautiful coastal location.
The Hospitalist Medicine Physician will manage the care of hospitalized adult patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include admitting patients, conducting daily rounds, and managing discharges. Physicians will oversee the care of patients in an open ICU with 13 beds but are not required to perform codes or procedures, ensuring focus on medical management.
Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
