Pediatric Physician Opportunity Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our team in Brockton, MA! Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch medical care to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being through every stage of childhood.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including mid-level providers, social workers, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Utilize electronic medical records to accurately document and manage patient information.

Compensation & Benefits: $220,000 - $258,824 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs.

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts licensure and active board certification in Pediatrics (or board-eligible, with plans to pursue certification).
• Proven ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is highly desirable to better serve our diverse patient population.
• Experience in ambulatory care or public health is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic medical records.
