Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join a healthcare team in Omaha, NE. The physician will be responsible for providing emergency care and performing routine ER duties, including responding to codes. The role does not involve significant trauma responsibilities, as these cases are typically handled by specialized teams.  The physician will perform routine emergency room duties, which include evaluating, treating, and managing a range of medical conditions. They will be responsible for responding to codes and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Patient care will be documented using the EPIC electronic medical record system.

 

Requirements:

 

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active Nebraska medical license (required)
