Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Seeking a CRNA in Gaylord, MI.  This position involves providing anesthesia coverage for the hospital with preferred call. The schedule includes approximately 6 call shifts per month, with weekend call starting from Friday afternoon or evening until Monday morning. Weekday calls are from 7:00 am to 7:00 am the following day, Monday through Thursday.

As a CRNA at this facility, you will perform a range of procedures including general surgical cases for adults, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and obstetrical cases. Your role focuses on providing anesthesia support across various surgical and medical settings within the hospital.

The hospital handles approximately 19,000 emergency room visits annually, highlighting the dynamic and active environment where anesthesia services are crucial.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
• Michigan state license
