Job Summary:

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in downtown Nashville, Tennessee is seeking an experienced advanced practitioner for a weekend PRN position with the cardiovascular surgery practice.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Minimum 2 years' experience direct patient care in ICU or surgery
  • Board certification
  • Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
  • DEA license with comfort prescribing for pain management
  • Ability to work independently rounding, assisting in the management of hospital inpatients including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Comfortable assisting with bedside procedures
  • PRN: Schedule:   Three or Four 10-hour shifts monthly (week day OR weekend)
  • No First Assist responsibilities
