Qualifications
Clinicians trained or practicing medicine in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: family, primary, internal, adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, and hospital medicine. New grads are welcome!
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $82,000 to $98,400 with no cap on productivity income potential. Lucrative signing bonus available.

About the Role
- Provide comprehensive primary care services 4 days per week
- Collaborative with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure smooth transitions of care with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system (Gehrimed)
Qualifications
- Graduate degree as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in North Carolina
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in post-acute care preferred, but not required (training available)
