This skilled nursing facility in northern Indiana is looking for a OT. The client is seeking a February 24 start date for a 13 week assignment! To be considered, you will need SNF experience, IN license and ideally Casamba EMR experience. The client is ready to interview quickly!

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment.
