- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Days, Call, Weekend call
- PALS, ACLS and BLS needed
- 60 OR cases per week, 400 OB cases per year
- Spinal and epidural required and must be comfortable managing OB & newborn situations
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
