Community Physician Group, a large multi-specialty group affiliated with Community Medical Center, is seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant to join its dedicated surgical team in Missoula, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside three experienced surgeons specializing in bariatric, foregut, and colorectal surgeries while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance in a beautiful, family-friendly community.
Position Highlights:
✅ Monday – Friday schedule
✅ Primarily clinic-based – manage patients and conduct new patient consults
✅ First-assist in surgery alongside skilled surgeons
✅ Inpatient care responsibilities – post-op rounding, discharge planning, and hospital consults
✅ 3 days in clinic | 2 days in OR
✅ 10–20 patients per day in clinic
