About the Role
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting

Qualifications
  • Licensed as a LPC, LMHC, LMFT or LCSW in the state of New York

  • Passion for working with older adult populations

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $100,000 to $135,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
