Family Practice NP/PA Needed in Western NY - Relocation/Sign-on! CPH# JOB-3019175

This Rural Community Healthcare Provider has a new practice centrally located between Rochester, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Syracuse, and Toronto Canada. They are hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to their team and will consider all levels of experience. The new APP must be able to operate autonomously and will be building a patient panel. The schedule is flexible to be 4 or 5 days, 34 hours patient facing and 6 hours admin time. Saturday coverage is flexible and there are no Holidays or call. Candidates must have NP/PA board certification and NY license to start. CompHealth can assist with state NP/PA licensure.
