Job Description

We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our team in Austin, Texas, and the surrounding areas including Killeen and Cedar Park, Texas. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday. Responsibilities

Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling or related field
State licensure as a professional counselor
Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

Compensation is Fee For Service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential
