- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Nights, 7 on / 7 off, 12-hour shifts
- ACLS and BLS required
- Average of 8 mid-level patients per day in hospital
- Arterial lines and central lines required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
