• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, 12-hour shifts, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• ATLS, ACLS and BLS required
• Mileage and hotel covered (no flight cost)
• Trauma, general surgery, acute care surgery, rounding and OR preferred but not required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
