Exciting opportunity for a Texas-licensed physician. As a full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician, you'll play a pivotal role in your patients care to diagnose and treat various issues and injuries. Our collaborative approach involves working with a diverse team, including chiropractors, neurologists, orthopedists, and behavioral health providers.

Responsibilities:

 

● Conducting thorough medical examinations and assessments with a focus on evidence-based care. 

● Diagnosing and treating various injuries. 

● Developing and implementing patient care plans. 

● Prescribing medications and treatments. 

● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. 

● Documenting patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans. 

● Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. 

● Communicating effectively with medical assistants and other support staff. 

● Communicating clearly and effectively with patients. 

● Educating patients about their medical conditions and treatment options. 

● Providing empathetic and compassionate care. 

● Adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. 

● Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

 

 Qualifications:

 

● Actively licensed physician in good standing in the State of Texas. 

● Prioritize interventional pain management over the administration of medications. 

● 2+ years of practice experience is preferred but not required. 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

● Current BLS certification, board certification, and DEA certification. 

● Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

  

Expectations:

 

● Efficient time management in our busy clinics. 

● Timely completion of notes/charting in the patient's medical record. 

● Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations and ethical considerations of the practice of medicine.

 

 Compensation and Benefits:

 

● Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours with no hospital call. 

● Employee position starting at $500k - $600k base. Total compensation commensurate with experience. 

● Bonuses are paid on every paycheck, not quarterly or annually, and includes easy to calculate metrics. 

● Paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, HSA, and 401k available after 30 days 

● All licensing renewals paid, including a budget for CMEs. 

● Malpractice insurance. 

● Signing bonus and paid relocation expenses are negotiable.
