Job Description

Seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director to join our growing Hospital Medicine program in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This position involves coordinating a team of over 16 MDs and Advanced practitioners with the goal of delivering high-quality, team-based inpatient services. 75% clinical, 25% admin. This opportunity provides an opportunity to run one of the most impactful hospitalist programs in Western NC and provides ample room for growth. Breath taking views and outdoor fun await!

75% clinical time, 25% protected Admin time. Help build a team culture. Identify challenges and formulate solutions. Have working knowledge of CMI, LOS, Mortality, and other key hospitalist performance and efficiency metrics. Collaborate with in-house specialist to establish efficient workflows, communication, and interdepartmental collaboration. Work collaboratively with the hospital CMO to ensure delivery of high quality care. Over 3 years of inpatient clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.
