Job Description

We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling services to clients experiencing various mental health challenges
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling or related field
  • State licensure as a professional counselor
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
