Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to clients experiencing various mental health challenges
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling or related field
- State licensure as a professional counselor
- Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
