- Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various platforms and tools, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to understand the specific requirements of each position and effectively communicate them to potential candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit
- Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, fostering long-term connections and promoting our organization as an employer of choice
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to continuously improve our recruitment efforts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment, with a strong focus on healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, including online search, social media, networking, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with clinical roles, qualifications, and licensure requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
