Position Highlights

✅ Surgical First Assist – 10 shifts per month (additional shifts compensated at $200/shift).
✅ Hospital Rounding & Clinic Duties – See 15-20 patients per day in a collaborative setting.
✅ Diverse Case Mix – Includes bread-and-butter general surgery, GI procedures, and wound care (including hyperbaric oxygen therapy).
✅ Call Schedule – Equally shared among the team, ensuring work-life balance.
