- Must have active state license
- Weekdays, Days
- Mix of adult (70%) and pediatric (30%)
- 14 - 18 patients per day
- Outpatient allergy/immunology skin testing
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
