Family Practice NP/PA opportunity in the Salt Lake City, UT area

A great group is seeking a Full-time Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a family practice outpatient clinic opportunity in the southern Salt Lake City, UT area.

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Schedule is 4 days, 10 hours shifts. No call schedule.
• About 15-20 patients per day. 
• All ages. 
• Seeking providers with min 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese speaking would be great too!
• Community Health setting and working with the underserved and uninsured.
