AmCare Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist needed in Northwestern Ohio CPH# JOB-3022998

We are looking for an experienced Ambulatory Care Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to serve our ambulatory oncology patients as a part of our Medical Oncology treatment team. Precepting of pharmacy learners will also be available in our very supportive environment. Plenty of professional growth opportunities available within our health system.

All candidates must have, at minimum, either a PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency or hold current or recent dedicated Oncology Pharmacist experience. A BCOP is preferred.
