You ll also be part of a network committed to professional development and leadership opportunities. - Primary Care: Provide primary care services in post-acute care facilities, conducting rounds 4-5 days a week. - Work-Life Balance: Create a Monday-through-Friday daytime schedule that fits your lifestyle and career goals. - No Night Call: No primary night call, allowing you to enjoy more time outside of work. - Uncapped Compensation: Expected salary range of $320,000 to $400,000 annually, with the potential for uncapped productivity-based earnings and bi-weekly bonuses. - Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage, and wellness support. - Leadership: Serve as the medical director, overseeing clinical operations, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and managing day-to-day operations. - Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that improve patient outcomes. - Mentorship & Staff Development: Mentor and develop clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Quality Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, striving for enhanced patient care and operational success. - Autonomy & Innovation: Enjoy autonomy in your practice, with the opportunity to shape the role and innovate in post-acute care. **Qualifications** - MD or DO degree. - Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field. - Active and unrestricted New York medical license. - Active and unrestricted DEA registration. - Proven leadership skills and experience in post-acute care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and staff.
