- Primary Care: Provide primary care services in post-acute care facilities, conducting rounds 4-5 days a week.

- No Night Call: No primary night call, allowing you to enjoy more time outside of work.
- Uncapped Compensation: Expected salary range of $320,000 to $400,000 annually, with the potential for uncapped productivity-based earnings and bi-weekly bonuses.

**Qualifications**

- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted New York medical license.
- Active and unrestricted DEA registration.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in post-acute care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and staff.
