We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico the state s second-largest city. This position is perfect for a provider who is eager to combine high-quality clinical care with teaching in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. As part of an established residency program, you will play a key role in curriculum development, resident mentoring, and providing both outpatient and inpatient care, with an emphasis on social medicine.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and enhance residency infrastructure, including curriculum development and resident recruitment.
* Oversee outpatient primary care, office procedures, precepting, didactic teaching, and resident mentoring.
* Spend approximately 70% of your time on teaching and administrative duties, with 30% focused on clinical care.
* Provide full-spectrum family medicine care, including inpatient medicine and obstetric care.
* Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, and learning.

**Qualifications:**

* Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
* Interest in geriatric care is desirable but not required.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring future physicians in a community-based setting.
