Highlights of the Position: Shared Staffing: Work at multiple facilities, including: Guthrie Troy Community Hospital: Low volume, low acuity Level IV Trauma Center with approximately 8,000 visits annually. Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Towanda Campus: Community Hospital averaging 9,500 visits per year. Guthrie Corning Hospital: Level III Trauma Center with around 35,000 visits annually. Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital: Level I Trauma Center averaging 37,000 visits annually. Efficient Patient Transport: On-site helipad for timely patient transfers. Integrated Technology: Fully integrated Epic EMR across all facilities. Comprehensive Support Services: Access to 16 consult services, tele-neurology coverage, 24-hour OB coverage, and radiology reads. Compensation & Benefits: Starting Bonus or Loan Repayment: Choose between a $100,000 starting bonus or $200,000 in loan repayment. PTO & CME: 280 hours of paid time off and 14 days of CME annually.
