**Position Details**
Dual role: 0.5 FTE Medical Director of Infection Prevention & Control and 0.5 FTE Clinical Infectious Diseases
Reports to the System Chief Quality Officer and Chief of Infectious Diseases
Multi-hospital system (6 hospitals)
Focus on infection control, hospital epidemiology, and quality improvement
Develop and implement infection prevention policies and data reporting compliance

**Experience & Qualifications:**
Board-certified in Internal Medicine & Infectious Diseases
5 7 years of direct patient care experience
3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
2+ years leading Infection Prevention & Control
Expertise in healthcare epidemiology, data reporting, and hospital-acquired infections
MPH or advanced degree preferred
Eligible for Pennsylvania & New York medical licensure

**Work-Life Balance & Compensation:**
4 6 weeks vacation + 5 personal days + 7 holidays
Salary: $370K $400K
