As a provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering care while collaborating with specialists through a robust referral network. Highlights of the Opportunity: Full-time, outpatient-only practice; OB optional. Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, caring for patients from birth to geriatrics. Contribute to positive patient outcomes and the success of our organization. Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with options for a four-day workweek and flexible schedules. Full-time providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) annually, in addition to holidays and sick leave. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary starting at $275,000 annually. Starting bonus of $100,000. Medical school loan repayment of up to $150,000.
