**Practice Specifics**
-Provide psychiatry services in an ambulatory clinic setting through integrated team-based behavioral health care delivery model.
-Option to support Adult Mental Health Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient Programs
-1.0 FTE
-Patient Contact hours: 35
-Flexible schedule options
-Daytime call only
-Strong practice support, including nurse team that processes refills and triages patient messages
-Geriatric or addiction experience a plus

-Duluth, MN - Population approximately 90,000 with surrounding areas 200,000+
-2.5 hour drive to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area
-Regional service area 460,000

**Compensation**
-$323,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
