**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: July - August 2025
- Reason for Coverage: Paternity leave coverage
- Split time between two locations:
- Lima: Hospital Outpatient Cancer Center
- Celina: Free-Standing Cancer Center

**Position Details**
- Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
- Call Ratio: N/A
- Other Radiation Oncologists will be present at the opposite location
- APP Coverage: 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Patient Volume:
- Outpatient: 25-30/day in Lima, 10-12/day in Celina
- Inpatient: 1-2/day in Lima
- Trauma Level: 2
- EMR: Mosaiq/Epic
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

**Submissions Requirements**
- Active Ohio license
- Board Certified
- Clean History
- BLS

**Skill Requirements**

- 3D Radiotherapy
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery
- Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

- Ordering Tests & Images
