**Submission Requirements**
- Active California license required
- ABEM/ABEOM certified or eligible within 5 years of residency required
- No ABIM/ABFM certification accepted
- Available for dates listed above
- OT after 12 hours (must be pre-approved by medical director)
- Guaranteed 8 hours per shift

**Additional Information**
- Average number of patients in 24 hours: 110
- 3 providers needed for day and night coverage (night coverage priority)
- No temporary privileges available
- Credentialing time: 60-90 days
- Board Certified or Eligible required

**Rates**
- Regular Max: $266.00
- OT/Holiday 1.5X
