**Position Details**
- Practice Settings: Outpatient and inpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 15
- Rounding: Assigned patients
- Procedures: Combination of clinic and GI procedures (e.g., colonoscopy and UGI)
- Mon Tue: Clinic or a combination of clinic and procedures (8-hour clinic shifts)
- Wed Fri: Procedures only (Friday may be a half-day or full day)
- 24-hour call: Typically on Tuesday
- No weekends
- Trauma Level: Level 3
- Support Staff:
- RNs: 1
- MAs: 2
- PA/NPs: 1
- Office staff: 1
- EMR: Epic
- Admissions required: Yes
- Facility will accept multiple providers: Yes

**Submissions Requirements**
- Licensed in WI or IMLC
- Board eligible (board certification not required)
- BLS required
- Temporary privileges available
- Clean history required for credentialing

**Skill Requirements**
- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices: Required
- Small bowel biopsy: Required
- Lower GI endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy: Required
- Flexible/Rigid sigmoidoscopy, EUS, liver biopsy, and Sengstaken/Blakemore tube management: Preferred
