24 Hour Call: $3800
Schedule is Negotiable (tell us your preferred schedule)

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

Schedule:
o Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM (times may vary)
o Friday: 7:30 AM - 5 PM (times may vary)
o Call: 7-10 days per month, including weekends
o Weekday call: Night call after clinic hours
o Weekend call: 24-hour coverage

Support Staff:
o 2 RNs
o 3 MAs
o 4 Office Staff

Average Patients Per Shift: 16+
Beds in Department: 6
EMR System: Epic
Trauma Level: III

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active California Medical License
Active Fluoroscopy Permit (must be submitted with bid)
ACLS Certification
Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges

Procedures Required:
General Urology: Adult (Required), Pediatric (Preferred)
Advanced Endoscopic Techniques
Laparoscopic Surgeries
Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
Ureteroscopy
Radical Cystectomy w/ Ileal Conduit
Radical Prostatectomy
Nephrectomy & Prostatectomy
Renal & Bladder Ultrasound (with Biopsy)
TRUS Biopsies
Adrenalectomy (Preferred)
Incontinence Procedures (Preferred)
Penile Prosthesis (Preferred)
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (Preferred)
