Job Description
**Coverage Need**
- Start Date: 3/6/2025
- Ongoing coverage needed
**Position Details**
- Hospital stroke-certified facility (Trauma Level 2)
- Provider will supervise advanced practice providers
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
- Facility utilizes Cerner for EMR
- Support staff: 1 RN, 4 MAs, 5 PA/NPs, 1 office staff
- Lodging options: Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn
- Outpatient and inpatient practice settings
- 1:2 call ratio, beeper call type with 15-minute response time
- Provider will treat pediatric testicular torsion patients and some pediatric urology cases
- Willingness to use real-time Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS, required
**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified/Eligible
- BLS certification
- Clean background (Highly preferred)
- Ability to use Mobile Time Clock
