Key Responsibilities:
Lead anesthesiology services across five hospitals and multiple outpatient facilities in New York and Pennsylvania, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
Oversee a dedicated team of over 50 highly skilled anesthesia professionals, including anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and support staff.
Drive strategic growth initiatives to enhance patient care, expand anesthesia specialties, and optimize resource allocation.
Champion a culture of education and research by partnering with academic programs for residents, fellows, and medical students.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align the department s goals with the broader organizational vision and mission.
Develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
