Opportunity Highlights: Work Schedule: 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off; 7 to 14-hour shifts (5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) Compensation: Total yearly compensation of $500,000 Student Loan Forgiveness: $200,000 Starting Bonus: $25,000 Retention Bonus: $25,000 Care Model: Primarily Anesthesiology Care Team Model with CRNAs and residents, alongside occasional direct patient care.
