**Submissions Requirements**

**Skill Requirements**
- Experience with atrial vein harvesting
- Efficient surgical skills for CVOR and vascular surgery
- Independent endoscopic and vessel harvesting, including radial
- CABG EVH and open vessel harvesting
- TAVR, TACR, vascular surgery, ECMO procedures
- Assisting with patient positioning, wound exposure, closure, tissue handling, suction, cauterizing, and surgical dressing
- Surgical incisions and closure for vessel harvesting and line insertions
- Invasive procedure support in Cath Lab and bedside
- Therapeutic procedures: wound care, venipuncture, central lines, chest tube insertion/removal, suturing, intubation, bladder catheterization, thoracentesis, cardiac resuscitation, ECG interpretation
- Pre-op and post-op care, rounding, data collection, and documentation
- Participation in quality programs and continuing education
