**Submissions Requirements**
- Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
- BLS Certification
- Licensed in Montana or IMLC accepted
- Clean History

**Skill Requirements**
- Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices)
- ERCP (Diagnostic and Therapeutic)
- PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation
- Small bowel biopsy
- Lower GI endoscopy (Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp)
- Liver biopsy
- Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
