**Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care opening in OR**

**Full Time Position**
A full-time palliative care nurse practitioner is sought to join a hospice team, providing medical management of symptoms related to advanced illness.
This role involves coordinating care with the attending provider, collaborating with the primary care physician, and managing patient care at home.
Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, prescribing treatments, supporting care plans, and ensuring patient confidentiality.
The position also requires participation in ongoing education, documentation of patient interactions, and occasional on-call duties.
Qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice, certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon, ACLS/BLS certification, and experience in palliative care and hospice. Competitive salary with benefits.
