**Optometry Opening in North Carolina** Located in Greenville, NC - Raleigh 86m Seeking Optometrist to join our expanding team. * Completion of residency training preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience or completion of residency in ocular disease. * Full-time, Employed * Outpatient clinic conveniently located near hospital with state-of the art equipment * Perform comprehensive eye exams and additional specialized testing and therapy as indicated for new and established patients * Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease; conduct diabetic eye exams and evaluation of dry eye disease, cataracts and glaucoma * Order and interpret diagnostic images such as corneal topography and tomography, fluorescein angiography, specular microscopy, corneal pachymetry, anterior and posterior segment OCT, ocular photography, and other special study instruments * Prescribe corrective spectacles and contact lenses * Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients * Conduct low vision evaluations * Triage and handle urgent eye concerns and emergencies * Partake in rotating call for the practice * Opportunities for teaching and program development Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefit Package to include: annual CME stipend, relocation, vacation, sick & holidays, malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/457b, medical, dental & vision, disability & life insurance.
