**Locums Plastic Surgery & General Surgery - Fort Wayne, IN** **Coverage Need** - Start Date: ASAP - End Date: Ongoing - Facility needs 2 providers - Required Schedule: 1-2 weeks of coverage per month **Position Details** - Location: Fort Wayne, IN - Practice Setting: Inpatient - Trauma Level: 2 - EMR System: Cerner - Call Type: In-House - Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes **Submissions Requirements** - Active IN license - Board Certified - Clean History - ACLS, BLS **Skill Requirements** - General Plastic Surgery - Cranial surgery (e.g., synostosis) - Facial surgery (facial implants, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty) - Maxillofacial reconstructive surgery (cleft lip/palate, mandibular setbacks) - Breast surgery (reduction mammoplasty, augmentation mammoplasty, mastopexy) - Oncologic breast surgery (mastectomy/lumpectomy, breast reconstruction) - Hand/wrist surgery (tendon release/repair, nerve release/repair, digit reimplantation, hand reconstruction, congenital, traumatic) - Abdominoplasty - Genitourinary reconstructive surgery - Burn-related surgery - Laser surgery - Microsurgery - General Surgery (adult, trauma) - Laparoscopic surgery (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, Nissen fundoplication) - Head/neck surgery (including thyroid) - Chest wall/pleural procedures - Obstetric & gynecologic surgery (cesarean section, D&C, hysterectomy) - GI endoscopy (upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy) - Minor Orthopedics - Hand Surgery - Ventilation management - Chest tube insertion - Central line insertion - PA Catheter placement - Laser certification - Vascular Surgery (aneurysm repairs, arterial bypass, vascular access devices, AV shunt)
