Location: Richland, WA
Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Schedule:
Hospital Inpatient Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Clinic Days: Tuesday, Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM)
Call Coverage: 7-8 days per month (includes inpatient rounding & 1st assist callback)
No Weekend Call
Patients Per Shift: 8
Admissions Required: No
Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes
EMR System: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Responsibilities:
First Assist in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Inpatient Rounding & Consults
Outpatient Clinic Care
Beeper Call Coverage (20-minute response time required)
Requirements:
Cardiovascular Surgery experience - REQUIRED
Active Washington License or IMLC - REQUIRED
ACLS & BLS Certifications - REQUIRED
Support Staff:
RNs: 1
MAs: 1
PA/NPs: 3
Additional Information:
Nearest Airport: TBD
Lodging: Pre-approval required for long-term housing (up to $3,000/month)
