**Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology - Clinton, NC** **Coverage Need** - Call Only - Start Date: ASAP - End Date: 8/1/2025 **Position Details** - EMR System: MediTech 6.1 - Hours: 24-Hour Call - Coverage Dates: - Friday, March 28, 2025 - Saturday, March 29, 2025 - Sunday, March 30, 2025 - Friday, April 25, 2025 - Saturday, April 26, 2025 - Sunday, April 27, 2025 - Monday, April 28, 2025 - Tuesday, May 27, 2025 - Wednesday, May 28, 2025 - Thursday, May 29, 2025 - Friday, May 30, 2025 - Tuesday, July 1, 2025 - Wednesday, July 2, 2025 - Thursday, July 3, 2025 - Friday, July 4, 2025 - Saturday, July 5, 2025 - Sunday, July 6, 2025 - Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and emergent GYN procedures. - High risk deliveries will be transferred to New Hanover Regional or Cape Fear Valley for NICU care (30-45 minutes away). - Provider will be housed in hospital apartments adjacent to the facility. - Hospitalist support, 24/7 on-call Anesthesiology and Radiology support. **Submission Requirements** - Active NC License - NC DEA - NC Medicaid, NC Medicare/PECOS Enrolled - Board Certified or Board Eligible - Actively Delivering Babies (Submit case logs for past 24 months) - Malpractice Cases - Disciplinary Actions - Travel Requirements - NPI# **Skill Requirements** - Low Risk Pregnancy - OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation (Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted preferred) - Routine and Complicated Deliveries (Vaginal, Low Forceps, C-sections, Breech, Multiple Births, VBACs) - Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations - Minor and Surgical Gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, Tubal Ligation, Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy) - Laser Certification
