Locum CRNA - Beaver Dam, Wisconsin Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate) Schedule: Full time / Negotiable (tell us your preferred schedule) Job Details: Location: Wisconsin Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8 or 10-hour shifts) Call Requirements: Beeper call 1 call day per week (post-call day off) No weekend call at this time Admissions Required: No Beds in Department: TBD EMR System: Cerner Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Trauma Level: IV Responsibilities: Mac, General Anesthesia, Elective cases Intubation, IV placement Utilize Drager Anesthesia Machine & Omnicell Medication Dispensing Work in 3-6 ORs Requirements: Board Certified CRNA - Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required Call Response Time: 15 minutes Nearest Airports: MSN (Madison) or MKE (Milwaukee) Preferred Skills: General, Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia Obstetrical, Neurosurgical (Head & Spine), and Thoracic cases Complex vascular and orthopedic cases Pain management techniques Post-op epidural and extremity blocks Ventilation management and acute BP/volume issue management Central Line, Arterial Line, and PA Catheter placement Use of X-ray guidance for blocks Additional Information: Full-time ongoing coverage Facility accepting multiple providers Lodging recommendations available per lodging cap
