**Job Details:**

* Location: Wisconsin
* Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
* Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8 or 10-hour shifts)

**Call Requirements:**

* Beeper call
* Seeking both night and weekend call in rotation - no post call day off

* Admissions Required: No
* Beds in Department: TBD
* EMR System: Cerner
* Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
* Trauma Level: IV

**Responsibilities:**

* Mac, General Anesthesia, Elective cases
* Intubation, IV placement
* Utilize Drager Anesthesia Machine & Omnicell Medication Dispensing
* Work in 3-6 ORs

**Requirements:**

* Board Certified CRNA - Required
* Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required
* Call Response Time: 15 minutes

**Preferred Skills:**

* General, Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia
* Obstetrical, Neurosurgical (Head & Spine), and Thoracic cases
* Complex vascular and orthopedic cases
* Pain management techniques
* Post-op epidural and extremity blocks
* Ventilation management and acute BP/volume issue management
* Central Line, Arterial Line, and PA Catheter placement
* Use of X-ray guidance for blocks
