**Patient Care:**

* Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with ENT conditions
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
* Perform diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, audiometric tests, and allergy testing
* Provide surgical interventions for conditions such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, and ear infections
* Manage chronic ENT conditions, including hearing loss, nasal congestion, and throat disorders
* Offer pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education on procedures and recovery

**Collaboration and Communication:**

* Work closely with primary care physicians, allergists, and audiologists to ensure coordinated patient care
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care

**Clinical Research and Education:**

* Engage in clinical research to advance the field of otolaryngology
* Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in ENT medicine
* Mentor and provide guidance to medical residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals

**Qualifications:**

* Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
* Training: Completion of an accredited residency in Otolaryngology
* Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
* Experience: 2 years of experience in ENT preferred (new graduates with outstanding training will be considered)
* Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, proficiency in ENT procedures and surgeries, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
