**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: Starting 3/3/2025, ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Call: 2 weeks/month, shared with others in the system (1 week at a time)
- Outreach: Required to Stevens Point on Tuesday and Wednesday each week

**Position Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 10-15-20
- Radiation oncology services available
- Procedures Required: Bone marrow biopsies, intrathecal chemotherapy
- Equipment: Intellidose TxM
- Admissions Required: No
- Privileges: Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
- Supervision: Required for Advanced Practice Providers

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board certification/eligibility required: Yes
- Clean history required
- Licensed in WI or IMLC
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS

**Other Details**
- Real-time Mobile Time Clock utilization required, preferably GPS-based
